SHIPPING DETAILS

Receive Complimentary Ground Shipping (Signature Required) for orders – ALWAYS! The promotion is only valid for shipping addresses within the United States – excluding P.O. Box, and APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) and usually ship out within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 5 - 10 business days to receive your order(s). 

RETURNS

Returns must be received (at our offices) within 15 days of your order(s) – original shipment date. Please return the items/merchandise in its original condition (Unworn, Unwashed, and Unaltered) with all tags/labeling. Kindly, review the Non-Returnable Merchandise policy.

 

Please note: All merchandise undergoes inspection prior to leaving our facilities. If you have received defective and or the incorrect merchandise (style, color and or size), you are required to contact our customer service department immediately within that same day you received your ordered merchandise. If not, your return may not be awarded.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are not eligible for Refund, Return, and or Exchange – No Exceptions!

 

  • Pre-Orders/Made to Order.

  • Any and all items marked on Sale.

  • Damaged, worn, washed/cleaned, or altered items, including but not limited to damaged footwear boxes or any original packaging of merchandise.

  • All Jewelry/Accessories – Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and hair accessories.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

Please follow all the instructions below, in order for us to approve your return package(s). Please remember, your returned order(s) must be returned and received (at our offices) within 15 days of the original shipment date – to be eligible for a refund of any sort. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) confirmation.

  • Package your item carefully and ship! Wala, you’re all done!

 

A word to the wise: We highly recommend that you ship your package with a reliable and well respected carrier service – who will take full responsibility of any unfortunate circumstance.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

 

Once we receive your authorized returned package, kindly allow 15 business days (Mon – Fri) for your return to be processed and refunded. Please note: The shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $25 (per order) return/restocking fee. You will then receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed which will be credited in the original method of payment.

 

Important notice: Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few additional days for funds to post and be credited into your account. Thank you for understanding.

WARRANTY

Antonio Perallon takes great pride in the craftmanship of all it's products. And we honor a one (1) year warranty for repairs resulting of manufacturing defect. The warranty plan is only valid when our products are purchased from an authorizied dealer or directly from our company online (www.antonioperallon.com). If we are unable to repair the damaged product, we will replace the item with the identical style, and color. For items that cannot be repaired or replaced, we will award you with store credit for the original purchased amount with the proof of purchase. 

 

Please note: All merchandise undergoes inspection prior to leaving our facilities. We have the right to refuse any claims and shall have no obligation or liability with respect to damaged products as a result from neglect and inadequate care of the product.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we also offer complimentary shipping on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, however, we are not responsible for importation fees (costs for customs, tariffs and tax). And it may also vary on the country of destination.

How can I change or cancel my order?

 

You may change or cancel your order by emailing us immediatly at customerservice@antonioperallon.com; as long as the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

A tracking number will be provided to you after your order has been processed. Note: Please allow 3 business days as there is a standard order processing period.
